Solution

Check which Link user is use in the Registry: 

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TOPCALL\TCLINKSM\Topcall --> User

In TCfW select System Folder and set filter: 

Open a "DEL" file and edit it:

Save it and restart the TC/LINK-XX
