What's the meaning of this error?

EventID: 16006
System has been stopped due to error: tcChannelOutWait4Complete send time-out on 0x??????? (TxLen=164) in
XX:TAM Refer to TCOSS system manual for more details.

Where each '?' can be a character between A-F or a number between 0-9 and XX: is a channel number.

Cause & Solution

TCOSS tries to boot channel(s) on a LS1 that hasn't been configured (correctly).

In this case it was found that the LAN-links in the registry weren't configured to point and logon to a LS1.
