IPPrint timeouts

Issue

The following timouts apply when printing using KCS IPPrint.

Solution

Yes, there are two hard coded timeouts within KCS IPPrint:

• There is a 5 minute timeout on waiting for the first response of the printer.
• There is an overall timeout of 25 minutes, this includes connecting to the printer, sending the print data until the reception of the printer’s final response. 

NOTE: Timeouts are valid for both IPP as Port 9100 protocol!
