Issue

A customer receives delivery notifications with a too long delay and he asks to get explanations why this happened

 

Solution

Look in the log files if there is still data at the time of this issue

Look in the Short Archive of the Topcall for Windows

And finally the customer indicates that he had an overload problem on his network which caused slowdowns in data processing
