TCLINKMQ is not able to start
Article # 3046117 - Page views: 6
Issue
The TCLINKMQ is not able to start
Cause
it cannot load the mqm.dll and also not the mqic32.dll
Solution
if the MQ Client was installed later, the TCSRV service does not yet know the changes to the PATH environment variables, restarting only the TCLINKMQ is not sufficient.
Therefore you have to restart the whole TCSRV service and not only the TCLINKMQ from within KCS Monitor, so that the TCSRV service uses the changes done in the PATH environment variable and inherits these changes also to the TCLINKMQ started by the TCSRV service.
