[SignDoc Standard 2.2.1.2.0.63]: Enhance the logging error message to be meaningful

Issue

Customer feedback that they have spent few months to trouble-shoots the "xref stream at offset 212959: whitespace expected" error in production environment. Based on the error message, there is no meaningful message as “invalid PDF”.

Solution

The error message is not meaningful and troubleshooting could delay in resolving the issue. An Enhancement Request have been raised and this will be release in Signdoc 3.x
