All product availability is based on serial numbers associated with software currently covered under maintenance. Note that a “Serial Number” is different from a “License Number”. A serial number is generated in Kofax systems only and cannot be discovered by customers.
A representative from your company must register on the Kofax Fulfillment Site (https://delivery.kofax.com/) to download the product.
- New customers will receive an email from Kofax after their product's purchase. The email will contain a serial number to use when registering on the Kofax Fulfillment Site. Registration provides customers with the credentials needed to download their product.
- If you are an existing, registered customer, log in to the Kofax Fulfillment Site to download your product.
If you are a new customer, please click on Create a new account to establish your KEF account. Once you have your account, log in.
Before you can begin downloading software you must register one or more serial numbers.
Click on Add Software to register your serial numbers.
Enter up to 5 serial numbers at a time and submit. When complete you will see a list of serial numbers you have registered and the software they allow you download. The system will remember your registered serial numbers.
Click on Downloads when you are finished registering serial numbers.
By Clicking on “My Kofax” you will see a list of all software you are entitled to download based on your serial numbers.
You can limit the number of downloads shown by selecting one of product families.
In the product family list you can filter on Version and Language as well.
When you click on a product download you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions. Click on “I agree…” and “Proceed to Download”.
