Finding a Fix Pack or Service Pack in the Kofax (electronic) Delivery site
Question / Problem:
I have logged into the Kofax (electronic) Delivery site and I have successfully registered my serial number.
I can see different downloads, but I am unable to find the fix or service pack that I am looking for.
Answer / Solution:
Fix and service packs (as well as other related files like connectors) are accessible from within the package of the major version they refer to.
Enter How to here:
- In the "View" drop down select your Kofax product, in this example "Kofax TotalAgility"
- In the "Version" drop down select your major version, in this example "7.10"
- Click on the package name for your KTA major version, in this example "Kofax TotalAgility 7.10.0"
- Accept the terms of the license agreement and click on "Proceed to Download"
- This will not automatically start the download of any files, but you will be presented with another view with several items available for individual selection
- Scroll down to the "Patch" sub section and you'll locate the latest published fix pack for your version
