Please contact us prior to scheduling server migrations so that we may address any issues that may impact the reset of the SafeCom license ahead of the migration.
Licenses are registered through https://register.kofax.com/CodeRegistration. Enter your email and serial number or registration code from the fulfillment email to register the license.
Downloads are available through the new Kofax (electronic) Delivery site located at https://delivery.kofax.com. A serial number and active maintenance are required to obtain software download. For details regarding the Kofax (electronic) Delivery site, please refer to the Download Software from the Kofax (electronic) Delivery site article.
Please note that some downloads and hotfixes are not currently available. We are working to resolve this.
For Eval and NFR licenses issued prior to November 4, 2019 and not activated, contact your regional sales representative to obtain a new license.
