QuickCapture Pro error - Invalid workspace or missing menu bar

During startup of QuickCapture Pro an error occurs: "Invalid Workspace"

Resolution / Workaround

This error is caused by a faulty workspace and can be solved in two ways:

  1. Loading a working workspace file. To do so drag and drop this wsp-file on the QuickCapture Pro icon.
  2. Alternatively the default registry entry can be deleted. On the next run of QuickCapture Pro the default workspace will be restored (the shown error message can be ignored).

This procedure is also fixing problems with missing menu bars that cannot be restored in another way.
