AutoStore - Form overlay component information

Information:

The Form Overlay Component in AutoStore is designed to fill in a form template with predefined information or the information received from the process. The template file can be a blank form in PDF or TIFF format.

The Form Overlay Component should always be used after an image enhancement component and before an OCR component. An image enhancement component would be Professional Image Management (PIM) and an OCR component would be Barcode or OmniPage OCR.

Incorrect order of operation examples

  • Capture > PIM > OCR > Form Overlay > Route
  • Capture > Form Overlay > PIM > OCR > Route
  • Capture > Form Overlay > OCR > Barcode > Route

Correct order of operation examples
