AutoStore: "Maintenance Contract ID" and "Unlock Key" fields are being cleared

Problem:  

The fields "Maintenance Contract ID" and "Unlock Key" in the AutoStore Maintenance window are being cleared after clicking on "OK" and the installation does not continue.

Resolution:  

Please paste the unlock key that was generated and copied in the Web License Portal into an editor (e.g. Notepad) and copy it again before pasting it into the "Unlock Key" field of the AutoStore Maintenance window.
