Application Xtender Connects and Just hangs, it doesn't process the Documents

Application Xtender connects but hangs and doesnt send any documents and doesnt do anything


Resolution / Workaround

  • Open the AutoStore Process Designer
  • Stop AutoStore Services
  • Open Service Manager
  • Select the log on tab
  • Change the account to a Domain system admin account
  • Save and restart AutoStore Services
