AutoStore: Error Failed to load Screen definition unable to connect

Problem: 

 

Error: "Failed to load Screen definition unable to connect"

After loading the Ricoh Xlet, 4.06, and successfully registering the Ricoh device with AutoStore. An error message is given when accessing AutoStore at the panel: Error: "Failed to load Screen definition unable to connect"

Resolution:

  • Make sure there are enough licenses available using the License Manager, refer to the Ricoh SDKJ2 line item
  • Under license manager within the RicohSDKJ2component block inactive devices to release the license, registered device.
