With AutoStore, the Automatic Updates launches the Software Manager, however returns the following error.
"The Software Manager does not recognize this product. Please contact your software vendor for updates to this product. Error 13001: Product Not Registered with the FLEXnet Connect."
This is a temporary issue and cannot be resolved with a repair installation like mentioned in answer ID 26949.
The error code 13001 is currently visible on all AutoStore versions.
Nuance is working to resolve this issue in a short timeframe.
