AutoStore - "Could not connect to the table" error in Ricoh ESA during Database Lookup configuration

Problem Statement:

During the configuration of a Database Lookup in the Ricoh ESA component the error message "Could not connect to the table" is shown.  This error message occurs when using an ODBC connected Excel file for the Database Lookup.

Resolution:

Please note that Excel files are not officially supported for a Database Lookup by AutoStore and therefore issues cannot be excluded. However, the following workaround should make the connection work. In the Database Lookup Properties dialog it is necessary to manually enter the Table name including a succeeding dollar symbol ("$") instead of choosing the Table by pushing the ellipsis button ("..."). After having entered the Table name accordingly, the Fields for the Value and Display column can be selected by pushing the ellipsis button ("...") as usually.
