Xerox 5000 Series with Firmware 53.30.11 or SPAR 53.30.53, when scanning using AutoStore or the Universal Client, pressing Scan will not pull the document through the feeder. The device may display 'An error has occurred: The request was aborted: could not create SSL/TLS Secure Channel' and/or the AutoStore Batch logs will display a Job Failed error message. The Digital Signature Algorithm must be changed to RSA/SHA-1. At the firmware release the certificate changed for the 5000 series of devices and now you can select either RSA/SHA-256 or RSA/SHA-1. When the algorithm is switched to RSA/SHA-1 the system will scan as expected.
