AutoStore Issue Kyocera HyPAS A4 - Scan Failed

Error message on the new supported KyoceraᅠA4 devices.Following error message appears after the pressing from the scan button:

Scan failed.

Press New job With Same Metadata to return to the form you were viewing.

Press Done to go to the forms list.

Resolution / Workaround

Ensure that the latest Firmware is installed on the MFP.

Ensure that the AutoStore installation is up to date. SP1 and the latest Kyocera HyPASᅠcomponent must be installed.

WSD and enhance WSDᅠoption must be activated on the device. Please contact Kyocera for instructions to enable WSD.
