Error message on the new supported KyoceraﾠA4 devices.Following error message appears after the pressing from the scan button:
Press New job With Same Metadata to return to the form you were viewing.
Press Done to go to the forms list.
Resolution / Workaround
Ensure that the latest Firmware is installed on the MFP.
Ensure that the AutoStore installation is up to date. SP1 and the latest Kyocera HyPASﾠcomponent must be installed.
WSD and enhance WSDﾠoption must be activated on the device. Please contact Kyocera for instructions to enable WSD.
