ControlSuite: OCR soft TimeOut 0x8004c417 with activated MRC compression

Problem:
During the OCR process of a specific file the AutoStore log files shows the error OCR Engine "soft TimeOut" 0x8004c417
Solution:
This error could be because of a special setting within the OCR component to use MRC compression.
Please follow the nest steps to solve the issue:
- Make the hidden folders visible in Windows / File Explorer.
- Go to the location "C:\ProgramData\OmniPage OCR Service\"
- Create a txt named OCRServer.sts file with the following content:

Kernel.Timeout = 900000
Kernel.Timeout.Hard = 900000 - Save the changes to the file and rename it from txt to sts.
- Restart the AutoStore and Kofax OmniPage OCR Service.
