Quick Capture Pro options grayed out and unable to connect to Autostore Server

Resolution / Workaround

If Quick Capture Pro cannot get a license from Autostore server, QCP turns into server mode.

In QCP licensing, if Enable server licensing is checked, it greys out everything.

Make sure Autostore services is started and Quick Capture Pro is connecting to the correct Autostore server IP address.
