Unable to start Smarticket Web-services

Unable to start the services within the Smarticket Configuration Manager, Web-Service, when hitting start. Also when entering credentials to start the service an error pops up not allowing the credentials to be accepted.

Resolution / Workaround

Please make sure there are no firewalls or antivirus rules causing any issues with the services starting. One example of software that caused the services not to start was Windows defender. After disabling the software the services started successfully.
