Business Connect - How to change the Server Address in the application on the mobile device

Problem:

If the mobile device is no longer connected to the Business Connect Server network, and the user likes to change the server address, a "Loading" symbol will be displayed and it is not possible to change a setting.

Resolution:

  1. Close the Business Connect application, if open.
  2. Please put the mobile device into the Airplane Mode or Offline Mode.
  3. Start the Business Connect application again
  4. Follow the instructions on the device.
