Kofax Support Portal
Available to customers with Maintenance & Support Contracts, Partners, Resellers and Distributors. Provides access to create, review and update Cases with Technical Support. Also provides access to restricted Knowledge Base articles.
To log into your Kofax Portal account, please launch your web browser, browse to https://support.kofax.com and enter your Portal Username and password. If you do not have a Kofax Portal Account, you can request one from the Kofax Portal login page.
Note: Please add .kofax to the end of your email address to login (Example: firstname.lastname@example.org)

Software downloads are available on the Kofax Electronic Fulfillment portal. This portal is separate from the Kofax Support portal and requires a separate login.
