Question : 

How to install a signed certificate just for the Equitrac Web client in ControlSuite Equitrac?

Answer : 

This is a simple task that is performed with a combination of IIS Administration and Configuration Assistant

Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager in Windows Administrative Tools and install your certificate

  1. Select the IIS server and go to Server Certificates
  2. Choose Import and bring in your certificate

  1. Once imported go to the Default Web Site and select Bindings

  1. Select the New certificate
  2. Restart the default web site
  3. Open Configuration Assistant
  4. Go to Authorization & Security and Login to the security framework
  5. Go to Enrollments
  6. Select Web Client and Unenroll and then Enroll the Web Client

Re-open the Equitrac Web System manager and check that login is possible. The certificate should be visible in the address bar
