With Controlsuite, if reports are unavailable in Web System Manager or Reports Manager, how are Equitrac reports made available?
If the Database is created Manually before Configuration Assistant is run, the Report templates will not be added and will need to be installed manually
To reload the Equitrac reports, perform the following steps:
1. Log on to the Equitrac server as a user with administrative rights.
2. Open command prompt as administator and navigate to the following location:
C:\Program Files\Kofax\Equitrac\Accounting Service (on v1.1 and below C:\Program Files\Nuance\Equitrac\Accounting Service)
3. Execute the following command:
Eqrptload.exe -a localhost Name -f reports\Reportlist.csv -u -v variables.csv -h reports\globalstyle.txt
NOTE: Once the reload is complete, start Reports Manager or Web System Manager and verify that the reports appear and can be generated.
