Cipher missing message during pre-requisite check before installation of ControlSuite

Question / Problem: 

During the pre-requisite check, getting a warning: "System missing required cipher" and not able to get past this message to continue with installation.

Answer / Solution: 

During installation, the Install Assistant first checks the registry key to validate if the cipher is enabled.  This cipher is required by Cassandra and without it, the Cassandra setup will fail.  This error usually occurs on Windows 2012.

To resolve the issue, please add the registry for the cipher, ensuring that is turned on.
