How to claim an Entitlement ID as an existing Entitlement Portal user


  Entitlements are claimed through the Entitlement Portal by the End Customer. To claim, follow below steps:
  1. Log into your account on the Support Portal.
  2. Click on Registration.
  3. Under ControlSuite, click the Entitlement Portal.
  4. Once logged onto the Entitlement Portal page, click on Unclaimed Entitlements on the navigation menu. This page will list unclaimed entitlements associated to the company name.
    1. If the Entitlement ID is not listed, copy and paste the Entitlement ID into the search box and click search.
  5. Select the Entitlement(s) to claim, review and accept EULA, and click on Claim Selected Entitlements
  6. A confirmation window will pop up confirming the entitlement has been claimed.
