How to convert an Evaluation ControlSuite System into a Production System

Question: 

When a ControlSuite system is setup with an evaluation (EVAL) license, how do you apply a production license to it? 

Answer : 

In order to apply the production license, the evaluation license will need to be removed.
It is planned for future releases of the software to do this automatically but for now it is a manual process that is carried out by the Technical Support team. A reset is required so the EVAL licenses do not interfere with the Production licenses.

In order to remove the EVAL License, please log a support case providing the Server ID of the ControlSuite licensing server and the Serial or Registration code of the EVAL licenses that are to be removed.

Please allow sufficient time for support to carry out the request as per any other license reset.
