ControlSuite: "Insufficient security rights.." error; can't log in to Output Manager Console

Problem Statement:
Getting "Insufficient security rights to connect!" error when trying to open the Output Manager Console.
Potential Cause:
The account configured to log in to the in the Output Manager Console (current windows user) does not have permission to access the Console.
Resolution:
Ensure the account has permission for Kofax Output Manager in the System Administrators section of the Configuration Assistant. To add a user or group, click the '+' icon on the right side of the window.
