Problem:
With ControlSuite 1.2.0.2 a Kyocera MFP device connected to AutoStore shows only a blank page on the display and a scan to AutoStore is not possible.
Solution:
Please get in contact with your Kofax partner or technical support and request the hotfix "FIX15798" to get the issue resolved.
