ControlSuite: Unable to Scan to Rightfax using Capture and Send

Problem: 

When configuring Scan to Rightfax using Equitrac Capture and Send components, scans do not reach the Rightfax server and are not sent successfully.

Solution: 

There is a requirement for the "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012" which is not in the standard Installation pre-requisites for ControlSuite 

1. Download the "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012" from the following web page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

(You'll need the x86 version, not the x64, as the rfcomapi.dll we use in Equitrac is 32 bits).

2.  Install that downloaded vcredist_x86.exe to all SPE servers

This should fix the problem. In case it still does not help, you may have to re-register the rfcomapi.dll file on that server, so you'll need the following additional steps:

a. Open an Administrator Command Prompt at the server

b. Navigate to the following folder: C:\Program Files\Kofax\Equitrac\Scan Processing Engine

c. Run the following command in there: regsvr32 rfcomapi.dll
