Answer / Solution:
To resolve this issue follow the steps below:
- Launch the Configuration Assistant
- Select "Authorization & Security"
- Enter the Security Admin Credentials
- Select "CS Enrollment"
- Select "All Services"
- Choose "Un-Enroll"
- Select "All Services"
- Choose "Enroll"
