Question / Problem: 

The ControlSuite services are unrolled automatically after a period of time and users are unable to log in to the devices or submit print jobs.

Answer / Solution: 

To resolve this issue follow the steps below:

  1. Launch the Configuration Assistant
  2. Select "Authorization & Security"
  3. Enter the Security Admin Credentials
  4. Select "CS Enrollment"
  5. Select "All Services"
  6. Choose "Un-Enroll"
  7. Select "All Services"
  8. Choose "Enroll"
