Equitrac 6 - Unable to delete print jobs from the device

Question / Problem: 

We have occasionally seen that users are able to login to a device, select and print their jobs from the Print-to-Me queue; however, users are unable to delete their jobs from the device. The job cannot be deleted at the device.

Answer / Solution: 

This is an indication that WebDav is installed and should be uninstalled. Our recommendation is to uninstall WebDav from Server Manager > Manage > Remove roles and Features > Web Server > Web Server > untick WebDav. No need to reboot the server.
