Question / Problem:
If after installation the TokenVault service does not start automatically, or the problem occurs after a server restart - the Windows event log indicates that a timeout was reached: A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the TokenVaultService service to connect.
Answer / Solution:
The problem can be bypassed by setting the Tauken Vault service to "Automatic Delayed".
