Problem:
Unable to add user accounts to Equitrac, after refreshing the License in the Configuration Assistant, of a ControlSuite Government and Healthcare license.
In the EQ CAS log, the following is observed:
[ FATAL][2021/01/01 00:00:00.000][0x00000dbc][00000ec0][][EQCASValCodeSubSystem] [eqGetAccountInfo][0] 'EQException.Message: EQCASLicensingValCodeUtils::eqAssertAccountLicense: No licenses available for user. valCode: 'USERNAME'. valType='usr' id=1234'
Solution:
This is a known issue that has been corrected in ControlSuite 1.1 Fixpack 4 or later.
