How to determine what Copitrak System Software (CSS) core version is installed.
The Copitrak System Software (CSS) version information is needed by support.
The Copitrak System Software (CSS) installer creates entries in the system registry of its version and any core service pack version if installed.
Under an Admin user account on the CSS server, open the Windows Registry Editor.
Locate the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Copitrak\CSS. If this key does NOT exist, the CSS running is a Legacy build. The customer’s sales representative should be engaged to discuss getting to current level of the software.
Under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Copitrak\CSS key, you will have the installed systems information including the version. The version is listed under key CSSVersion. (Eg. 700.3.0.15) Any applied service pack would have its version listed under key CSSCoreServicePack. (Eg. SP002.17)
