Most Antivirus find some CopitrakDesktop 10 modules as threat and need to have its local directories added to the AV exclusion list as noted in the Kofax Copitrak install product documentation.
This pertains to the following directories on the workstation.

- The Copitrak working directory located in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Copitrak
These additional folders need to be added if Copitrak Desktop Scanning is being used
- C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\Scantrak
- C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\Scantrak_Desktop
