Issue:

Billing file not created due to service account being locked out

Resolution:

Have client's IT department check and unlock the service user account used to run the billing task.

How Discovered:

Attempted remote login with service user account credentials and could not gain access to server due to "invalid user or password."

Customer unlocked account, then task was able run and the billing file created.
