Copitrak Desktop Suite (CD3) not printing documents that contain single quotes

Issue
When printing documents that contain a single quote, there is no print output or Copitrak billing popup.
Cause
There is an issue with parsing the print stream to properly capture and process the print job when a document contains single quote in the file name.
Solution
Copitrak Desktop Suite (CD3) has an available hotfix for it's PrintSpoolerMonitor service that will correct this issue.
Please open a support case requesting Kofax CopitrakDesktop Fix 16885.
