Copitrak EDGE Miscounting on Canon Copier

Issue

Copitrak EDGE terminal is miscounting when connected to Canon copier.

Cause

There have been 2 Canon models that have counting issues with the default configuration files.

Solution

You will need a new tbl_Canon.txt file. Please contact a Tier 2 support representative to get this. Once you have the file place this in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Kofax\Kofax Copitrak Edge Software folder.

You will now have a new option to select for Copier Make under Copy Configuration.
