One user not able to login to Copitrak

Issue

A single user is not able to log into the Copitrak system

Cause

Some usernames can contain special characters such as names that look to contain a single quote. These entries may look correct but are not true ANSI/ASCII for the Copitrak system to process.

Solution

The source of the import needs to be adjusted to contain a true ASCII single quote. Editing the entry already import can also be done within the Copitrak Manager's Master User List.
