Problem: 

After deploying the Xerox EIP connect client using the Device Registration Service, when accessing a Kofax function, the message "Error in Web Service call" is displayed

Solution: 

It has been determined that this message is a device related error, and not a Kofax\Xerox EIP Connect client error. To correct this, please contact Xerox Support to have a device reset performed on the affected device.
