Enterprise Licensing - Is a License Released When an Account Is Locked?

With Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express, using enterprise licensing, since licensing is based on users, when an account is locked, does Equitrac automatically release the associated license? The user license is released the next time an uplink happens, To force the immediate release of the license, start System Manger and select Configuration > Uplink. Click the Synchronize enterprise license button; the license is released.
