How to Apply Enterprise Licensing

With Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express, how do you apply Enterprise Licensing?

Please navigate to the Equitrac Tools Folder (for example C:\Program Files\Equitrac\Express or Office\Tools), right click on "EQEnterpriseLicenseUpdater" and select "Run As".  Use a local administrator credentials when prompted.

These are the steps you need to perform

1.      Use "EQEnterpriseLicenseUpdater" tool to update the user count from the ELC file.            

 a) Run the "EQEnterpriseLicenseUpdater" tool. Please be sure to run it with the same user account as the CAS service uses (the "Run as" function can be used if not currently logged in as the CAS Service user), and follow the  onscreen instructions.             

b) When the user count is updated successfully, the command prompt will display "Succeeded in updating user count".

2    Restart the CAS (in some cases the user count is not displayed correctly until after the CAS service has been rebooted)
