How to change the session timeout of Equitrac Web Client

Information:

The default timeout of a Equitrac Web Client session is 30 minutes. This setting can be changed by modifying the Equitrac Application Pool in IIS.

On the server hosting Equitrac Web Client:

1. Open to Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
2. Application Pools
3. Right-click Equtirac > Advanced Settings
4. Change the value of Idle-time out (minutes) to the desired setting
5. Restart IIS
