Unable to use an alternative certificate with DWS

Problem Statement:
After importing a certificate using the EQSSLCertificateManager, the certificate is not used by DWS (Device Web Services).
Answer:
DWS does not use the same certificate that is imported via the EQSSLCertificateManager. The DWS certificate is drawn from Apache Tomcat. Nuance does not support configurations where the certificate in Apache is changed. Customer's who deploy this change, do so at their own risk, and Nuance does not provide for support for this modification. Customers who have deployed an alternative certificate in Apache, may be asked to revert to the self signed certificate in the course of troubleshooting.
