If you have a problem with the Equitrac Web Client, Nuance support may ask you to collect log files. In order to collect logs for the EQWebClient, follow the steps below.
1. 1. Turn on logging:
1.1 Start the Internet Information Services Management console and stop the Equitrac application pool.
1.2 Open web.config from the installation folder of Web Client (by default it is Program Files\Equitrac\ Web Client) in a text editor (for example, Notepad).
1.3 Find the line
1.4 Change the value 'NONE' to 'ALL'. A help entry can be found above the Logging key about it.
1.5 Save and close web.config. Restart the Equitrac application pool.
2. 2. Use Web Client to reproduce the issue.
3. 3. Collect Log Files
4. 4. Switch off logging. This is a recommended step as logging decreases the performance of the application.
