How to Delete a Specific Record Instead of Records Based on Time

With Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express, is it possible to delete a specific record from the database rather than a record based on a time? With the release of Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express a new transaction purge utility is available and can be found in the Equitrac Tools folder. NOTE: The utility should be compatible with previous versions of Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express.

Usage: EQTransactionPurge.exe [-f] [-u] [-m] [-s] (-o n | -d yyyy-mm-dd | -i NNNNN) [-t]

-f          Force transaction purge

-u         Purge from uplink tables

-m        Purge from DME usage tables

-s         Purge from SDR usage tables

-o         Purge transactions more than n days old

-d         Purge transactions on given date or older

-I          Purge transaction identified by TransactionID=NNNNNNNN

-t          Enable trace logging

NOTE: 

If the -f' switch is not used, the change to the database table is NOT committed. 

To use the -i switch, you need the Transaction ID.  This can be found by running a Detailed activity by device report. By default the Transaction ID is NOT included in the report.  To include the column, after running the report, select View > Configure Report Layout and select "Document ID."  The Document ID is the Transaction ID used with the purge executable.
