EO/EE 5.7 - Exception setting up Couchbase indexes

Problem Statement

This applies to the October 25 release of Equitrac 5.7. Installation files would have a filename of EEx64 - 5.7.26.6162Oct25.zip or EOx64 - 5.7.26.6162Oct25.zip

While attempting to create indexes in Couchbase manually with the cbinit.exe utility, the following error appears:

"Caught exception setting up Couchbase. Error: http:///query/service returned 500"

Cause

It is possible that an incompatible version of Couchbase is installed.

Possible Resolution

Equitrac 5.7.26.6162Oct25 was built to work with Couchbase Community Edition 4.1.x. Download and install this version of Couchbase and attempt the setup again.
