Problem Statement:

Windows Spooler crashing when printing some reports from internet to a DRE or DRC printer. If the job was printed to PDF output then the PDF document is printed out the spooler does not crash.

Cause:

This issue could happen when the application being used does not create correct Unicode string in the document name.

Resolution:

If printing through DRE, apply DRE hotfix EQ57-HF-306025-DRE or newer.

If printing through DRC, install the Equitrac WinClient EQ57-HF-306091-WinClient or newer.
